YOU INSIST THAT IT IS THE “human nature” of Christ that died. Poor theology! Natures don’t die but the persons FYI.

Venerable Fulton Sheen when asked if God died, he smiled and said “YES”. The Second Person of the Holy Trinity died. We are compelled to acknowledge the Second Person as God and Lord. Therefore, GOD died.

The statement “GOD died” is correct. The statement that God died THROUGH His human nature is NOT tantamount to statement that the Man Jesus Christ died. The former statement is the true teachings of the Catholic church while the latter is a heresy. Saying that Man Jesus Christ died is a heresy because that would divide the person of Christ into two. The truth is that our Lord Jesus Christ, who although He is God and Man, yet He is not two but one Christ.

THE PERSON OF CHRIST DIED. WE ARE COMPELLED TO ACKNOWLEDGE EACH PERSON OF THE HOLY TRINITY AS GOD. HENCE, GOD DIED, PERIOD.
