How do we know that they are indeed?
The APOSTLES DID ASK JESUS FOR SIGNS of His coming again and sign of the end of time.
This is what Jesus said;

JESUS did said THAT FALSE PROPHETS WILL ARISE! When? Before His Coming again, the appearance of MANALO and SORIANO then is ONE OF THE SIGNS among many that Jesus coming again is NEAR!!!
Jesus prophecy is TRUE! The Bible is TRUE! Matthew 24:5,11,24 is TRUE!!! Manalo and SORIANO ARE TRULY are FULFILLMENT OF THE SAID PROPHECY of Jesus!!!
Yes, BOTH OF THEM ARE FALSE PROPHETS!!!

Manalo betrayed the churches he came from; he built his own business church. Teofilo Ora betrayed Manalo, he too built his own. Perez betrayed Ora and he too built his own business church. Soriano taught by Perez, after he failed to get the top post, he betrayed Perez’s church and built his own business Church.
THESE BETRAYALS is in CONTRADICTION and against the Bible. Lets compare them to the True Christians.
2 Timothy 2:2-3 NASB
[2] The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to FAITHFUL MEN who will be able to teach OTHERS also. [3] Suffer HARDSHIP with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
We see that St. Paul taught Timothy and Timothy was urged to teach FAITHFUL MEN who in turn will teach others. Manalo to Soriano and even to Willy Santiago demonstrate a picture of JUDASES or people who betray for MONEY. These UNFAITHFUL MEN MADE THEIR OWN BUSINESSES!!
