Why is the word a feminine present perfect passive voice participle of a verb which means previously graced; past tense? To have been made graceful in the past? Or the immaculate conception?

The Book of Matthew in Greek is a transliteration of the Hebrew into Greek. In the Hebrew language at the time of the apostles there was no single word for cousin. Circumcision is fulfilled in baptism we are no longer Jews or Gentiles, male or female freeman or slave because we have all been baptized into Christ Jesus. ( I no longer call you servants but friends ) The absence of a word for cousin points us to the image of universal family.

The words that were used to refer to cousins created compound structures. Son of my brother etc. To list different cousins of different fathers could create a long list. In the controversial passage in Matthews gospel were Jesus ‘ s so called brothers are mentioned, Matthew’s objective was not to define the brothers but the ignorance of those who were speaking about Christ. Can you name a so called brorher of Jesus without giving a name of someone who is defined as a cousin? When lists are given this becomes very complicated and so it was done away with in many cases and in Hebrew many times cousins are simply referred to as brothers or sisters. In Greek the transliteration is Adolphus. The Greek simply copies the Hebrew without taking into consideration the tradition that cousins were often referred to as brothers.

From the beginning of Christianity Mary was always addressed as a virgin.
