As Ugandans were still waiting for the newest TV station to open shop in Kampala, the highly anticipated Abizaayo Broadcasting Services (ABS) is starting business on a bad note following an incident that occurred over the weekend at the station premises.
Sources have disclosed that city pastor, Augustine Yiga Abizaayo of Revival Church, who also doubles as the CEO of ABS TV was arrested from his Kawaala based Church after unknowing viewers reported that his TV station was airing pornographic content during a signal testing session.
It is reported that the moment this disturbing news reached the Ethics Minister, Fr. Simon Lokodo(A Catholic Priest), he ordered the Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department of the Uganda Police Force to arrest the pastor with immediate effect.
This is when Police officers raided the pastor’s base in Kawaala and arrested him before taking him to SIU Kireka for interrogation. Sources at the station have told this website that the Pastor who looked surprised even lost consciousness for four hours after reaching the Station.

Pastor Yiga is among Kampala’s richest Pastors. He owns a school, a church, a music band (Revival Band), several real estate projects and had also ventured into the multimedia business.
The man of God is no stranger to controversy as he has always been under criticism by fellow pastors over his doctrine which they say promotes witchcraft and has been in the news over child neglect, aggravated rape and rumors that he beds female members of his band.
