SINCE WE FEATURED HIS STORY IT SCATTERED LIKE WILD FIRE AS SHOWN BY ITS MORE THAN 1,100 COMMENTS AND MANY GENEROUS HEARTS OFFERED HELP TO THE BOY. SO THAT NOW MARK ANTHONY CAPULONG HAS FINISHED COLLEGE AND HAS PASSED EXAMINATIONS IN PREPARATIONS FOR INCOMING JOB AS A SEAMAN. MUCH MORE, HIS LIFE STORY HAS REACHED THE ABS-CBN POPULAR REAL LIFE DRAMA PRESENTATION ‘MAALA-ALA MO KAYA’ [MMK] AND WAS FINALLY SHOWN ON TV TO RAVE REVIEWS OF THE PEOPLE. MY OWN SISTERS TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE MOVED TO TEARS WATCHING IT.
NOT ONLY THAT MARK HAS BECOME A SPIRITUAL SON TO ME. NOT KNOWN TO OTHERS IS THAT SOME FAMILY MEMBERS LIKE HIS BROTHER MICHAEL AND EVEN HIS MAMA WERE LURED BY THE BORN AGAIN SECT AND HE WAS ASKED TO ABANDON HIS CATHOLIC FAITH. THANKS BE TO GOD THE VALUES HE LEARNED FROM THE SISTERS OF MARY IN THE BOYSTOWN WERE SO SOLID. THE FAITH PLANTED ON HIS HEART BY THE VENERABLE SERVANT OF GOD FR. AL IS SO DEEP THAT THE HERETICS FAILED TO LURE THEM TO ABANDON THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. INSTEAD, MARK CAME TO ME SEVERAL TIMES ASKING APOLOGETIC QUESTIONS AND HE WAS GIVEN HELP ONCE AGAIN. THIS TIME NO LONGER FOR FINANCIAL NEED BUT FOR STRENGTH IN FAITH THROUGH THE BIBLE AND THE TEACHINGS OF THE CHURCH. IN EFFECT, HIS MAMA DIDN’T BECOME A BORN AGAIN AND HIS BROTHER MICHAEL HAS RETURNED TO THE CHURCH AS WELL.
MARK IS TRULY A YOUNG MAN OF PHYSICAL, MORAL AND SPIRITUAL STRENGTH. NO WONDER HE WAS ABLE TO SURPASS THOSE CHALLENGES IN LIFE.

Everybody witnessed my life story last August 29, 2015 as ABS-CBN featured it through their TV program, the MMK. The great joy brings me into tears because at this point of my life, God has given me this great gift of being an instrument of His absolute love to all. I owe all these good things from God because without Him, I cannot reach the kind of life I have now.
I would like to thank all those people who support me from the very beginning until now and those who able to read my life story, thank you for your positive responses, replies and comments that give me strength and encouragement to continue pursuing my dreams and recognizing the goodness of God in me. I was able to read all your comments, and I am so overwhelmed by your positive responses that I’ve inspired many people, though I seldom gave a reply but deep in my heart I treasure all your words, as reminders for me to keep my feet always on the ground and to remain humble amidst the popularity and recognition. To Fr. Abe Arganiosa, the owner of this blog, THE SPLENDOR OF THE CHURCH, I sincerely recognize his effort of featuring my life story that inspires many people around the globe. Father Abe maraming salamat po because of you many were able to access and read my life story.
To my SOM Family, fellow ALOYSIAN brothers and sisters, the Alumni of The Sisters of Mary School, the joy and happiness in my heart are also yours because you are part of my life’s journey as sons and daughters of Venerable Fr. Al, the champion of the Poor. I am so grateful that we are united and felt overwhelmed the moment when we heard the name of our Alma Mater on National TV, from the bottom of my heart through the loving grace of the Virgin of the Poor, I am so grateful to all of you, let’s hold on and soar high together, like an eagle, towards the fulfillment of God’ desires in our lives and dreams.
To My fellow UCians (UNIVERSITY OF CEBU LAPU-LAPU-MANDAUE CAMPUS), administrators, and to the NORWEGIAN SHIPOWNERS ASSOCIATION I am so grateful that you’ve been part of my journey towards success, the principles of an excellent education that you instilled in my mind and heart became the propelling force that keeps on motivating me positively as I navigate my life in this world of struggles and excitements. To all people who believe in me, the netizens who support me, no exact word to language how sincere and grateful I am to all of you. I am praying that all of you are always in the realm of prosperity and good health. Many of you are trying to reach out to help me in any forms of support, particularly financial, I do recognize your desires of being generous. GOD is giving me what is enough for me, and I am now contented in God’s Divine Providence that He supplies all of my needs through my dearest friends and benefactors. I humbly appeal to anyone, who wants to give me financial support, my brothers and sisters inside the Sisters of Mary, a Catholic Charitable Institution, where I graduated my secondary education NEED YOU. I am praying that my story will be an inspiration for everybody to become more generous to the programs of my dear Alma Mater, The Sisters of Mary, who continuously serving and helping the poorest of the poor. Your help can change a thousand lives.
