The Separation of Church and State in the 1987 Philippine Constitution (Article II, Section 6) only prohibits the government to set up a State-run church, pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another as well as to openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religious organizations or groups and vice versa, but DOES NOT forbid the authorities to investigate any filed complaints against any church officials especially if it involves violation of Human Rights.
Kudos to this INC member who knows what is right. May the Eternal Triune God continue to bless and guide her so that she may one day go back home to the one true Church of Christ, i.e. Holy Catholic and Apostolic.
