With Caritas Manila President, Fr. Anton Pascual, Tagum Bishop Wilfredo D Manlapaz, DD blesses a ten-wheeler container van that is intended for the delivery of immediate relief goods and services to points in Visayas and Mindanao in times of disaster. A project of Caritas Manila, this facility is under the care of Fr. Emerson Luego who is Caritas Manila’s operations officer for Visayas and Mindanao. The blessing was done during the launching of the Year of the Poor for Mindanao which was held in Tagum City on February 19. (Yen Ocampo)
