THEY ARE ASTRONOMERS AND SPIRITUAL MASTERS AND THEOLOGIANS NOT ASTROLOGERS. SO PLEASE CORRECT YOUR STATEMENTS THAT THEY ARE ASTROLOGERS.
THE CHURCH CONDEMNS ASTROLOGY AND IT IS INCOMPATIBLE TO FAITH AND IS VIOLATION OF COMMANDMENT NO. 1. THE MAGI WHO ARE CATHOLIC SAINTS ARE NOT ASTROLOGERS:
CCC#2116 All forms of divination are to be rejected: recourse to Satan or demons, conjuring up the dead or other practices falsely supposed to “unveil” the future.48 Consulting horoscopes, ASTROLOGY, palm reading, interpretation of omens and lots, the phenomena of clairvoyance, and recourse to mediums all conceal a desire for power over time, history, and, in the last analysis, other human beings, as well as a wish to conciliate hidden powers. THE CHURCH ALWAYS CONDEMN ASTROLOGY. EVEN HOROSCOPES, PALM READINGS, USE OF TAROT CARDS TO READ THE FUTURE, ETC. THEY ARE DEMONIC. BE CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.
ASTRONOMY IS THE SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF THE STARS SO THAT WE KNOW ABOUT THEM IN ACCORD WITH THE NATURAL LAWS OF NATURE. THIS IS ACCEPTABLE. ASTROLOGY IS READING AND STUDYING OF THE STARS TO GAIN POWER AND TO KNOW THE FUTURE WHICH IS EVIL. WHY? BECAUSE IT IS A DECEPTION. THE FUTURE IS NOT SET ON THE STARS BUT ON THE WILL OF GOD AND OUR OWN PERSONAL DECISIONS. ASTROLOGY IS EVIL AND DECEPTIVE.
ASTROLOGY IS FORTUNE TELLING AND TRYING TO PREDICT THE FUTURE. THAT IS ABOMINABLE TO THE LORD. IT IS WRONG IN TELLING THAT THE BIBLE AND TRADITION IS INCONCLUSIVE ON THE ISSUE. THE CCC HAS PRESENTED THE TRADITION OF THE CHURCH WHICH IS CONSISTENT AND FOUNDED ON THE BIBLE:
Dt 18:10-15 Let there not be found among you anyone who immolates his son or daughter in the fire, nor a fortune-teller, soothsayer, charmer, diviner, or caster of spells, nor one who consults ghosts and spirits or seeks oracles from the dead. Anyone who does such things is an abomination to the LORD, and because of such abominations the LORD, your God, is driving these nations out of your way. You, however, must be altogether sincere toward the LORD, your God. Though these nations whom you are to dispossess listen to their soothsayers and fortune-tellers, the LORD, your God, will not permit you to do so. A prophet like me will the LORD, your God, raise up for you from among your own kinsmen; to him you shall listen.

THE TERM MAGO OR MAGI HAS VARIOUS MEANING. IT COULD MEAN SORCERER OR MAGICIAN OR WISEMEN. ST. MATTHEW USED IT FOR ‘WISE MEN’ NOT FOR MAGICIANS OR SORCERERS BECAUSE THOSE ARE CONDEMNED BY THE WORD OF GOD FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT.
THAT IS WHY AVOID MANGHUHULA OR FORTUNE-TELLERS, HOROSCOPES, READERS OF THE CARDS PRETENDING TO KNOW YOUR PAST AND FUTURE THEY ARE AGENDS OF THE DEVIL. ALSO FENG SHUI IS PAGAN AND CONTRARY TO THE FAITH.
