November 21, 2014, Friday, when Bro. Paulo called the attention of Sem. Khing worrying about their new Apologetic Ministry’s, Knights of St. Michael (KSM), Installation. Since the target date of installation would fall on Christ the King Sunday, it will be impossible to hold a private Mass for the group.
Sem. Khing, having been raised with a Charismatic Spirituality –he grew up in a family who attends the Catholic Charismatic Group in the Philippines called El Shaddai – replied, “Bro. Mike Velarde, our Servant Leader, taught us to claim our prayer without a single doubt. So instead of saying “sana may makuha tayong pari”, let us say “Tiyak yun! Bukas installed na tayo!”, as Bro. Mike teaches.”
“So, tell our officers to wear Sunday Attire for our installation. Tiyak yun!”, said the young seminarian from the Eucharistic Healers of Mary who is also the Grand Chevalier of KSM.

True enough, when the first formation event of KSM arrived the next day (Saturday), Sem. Khing happily announced to the group that they will not just be installed as KSM but will also be welcomed by the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Parish, Diocese of Pasig, through Fr. Ekon Supremo and the Parish Priest and Vicar General of the Diocese himself, Rev. Fr. Orly Cantillon, as officially affiliated ministry of the Cathedral Parish (another feature story for this is currently at work).
Truly, nothing is impossible with optimism. According to our friend, Wiki, Affirmative prayer is a form of prayer or a metaphysical technique that is focused on a positive outcome rather than a negative situation.
Let us practice this affirmative prayer as taught by Bro. Mike Velarde of El Shaddai inspired by the Gospel of Matthew,
“Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.”And his servant was healed at that moment.” (Mt. 8:13)
