Feast of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin
Dear Knights of St. Michael,
GRACE AND PEACE BE UPON YOU ALL.
Through the grace of God I was informed by our Grand Master Paulo Magisa, KSM that our Formation Program is about to start:
FORMATION AND INSTALLATION
“KSM: LIGHT OF THE WORLD, HERALDS OF TRUTH, CALLED TO BE SAINT, SEND FORTH AS HEROES.”
In a very short period of time our KSM has grown so fast with impressive organization and ever increasing number of recruits. Our organization is very systematic and orderly with clear leadership led by veteran apologists training the new ones. This is such a wonderful blessing to behold seeing young men and women inspired to work together as one for the good of the Church and for the Salvation of Souls by defending the Faith we once received from the Saints [cf. Jude 1:3]. With the Blessed Mother let us give thanks to the Lord for His great love is without end [cf. Ps 118:1] and let us adore Him because He has done marvelous deeds for us [cf. Lk 1:49].
This is a great opportunity for all of us to learn the basics of the Faith most especially the Sacred Scriptures and the Doctrines of the Church as explained in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and various documents of the Church. Our solid formation is crucial in our mission to defend the faith. We cannot explain, we cannot proclaim, we cannot defend and we cannot share what we do not have much more what we do not know. So, I admonish you as your Over-All Director to study well. Read and read and read the Word of God, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Documents of Vatican II. And, learn, learn and learn. Bawal sa atin ang Tamad at mas lalong bawal ang Tanga. Walang tanga sa atin dahil lahat tayo ay pinagkalooban ng isip at talino at talento kaya hindi tayo dapat maging batugan sa pagsasaliksik ng Katotohanan upang ito ay ating maibahagi at maipagtanggol ng buong giting.
I am giving you my blessings especially to our beloved Grand Master and well-respected formators and speakers. I will accompany you all with my prayers. May St. Michael be our inspiration and guide together with the Blessed Virgin Mary the Destroyer of Heresies.
Our gratitude to our Bishop Mylo Vergara of the Diocese of Pasig for giving us his apostolic blessing and allowing us to use the facilities of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral as a venue. His generosity and kindness reminded us that our work is blessed by God because he is our Successor to the Apostles and he is our link with the Successor of Peter the Bishop of Rome. So, love our Bishop and most especially our Pope. As CFD it is not only our duty to defend the Church and the Faith but also the persons of the Holy Father and the Bishop and our priests. Especially nowadays we are facing a lot of cults and heretical sects as well as rebellious groups such as the SSPX and the Sedevacantists who malign our Popes and Bishops day and night in various ways. Beware not only of cults and sects but also of those groups who claim to be catholic yet they are rebellious and out of communion with the See of Peter.
The roads ahead of you my dear children are long and difficult but if the Lord is with us who can be against us [cf. Rom 8:31]. The things that we should fear is our own very selves because we might loose the fire of the Spririt, we might loose the fervor and the dedication and we might be deceived by other teachings due to the poisonous seductions of the enemies. Stay with Peter and always be under Peter and the gate of the Hell shall not prevail over you [cf. Mt 16:18-19].
Keep it up my children. Onward Christian soldiers… March to Victory because our King has been Victorious on the Cross against Satan, against Sin and against Death. Soon, the Church will also triumph against apostasy, schisms and heresies. Viva el Cristo Rey y Nuestra Nsra. de la Naval.
